INEFFECTIVE OF FUMIGATION
As we know, when the rain season come, many disease appear, like influenza, malaria and dengue fever. Dengue fever is caused by Aides Aegypti's bite. Usually, Aides Aegypti alive in standing water, gutter and in the dirty places.
Many ways to eliminate this mosquitos. One of them is fumigation. Fumigation is fogging by fumigan gas to relieve or kill the germ and mosquitos. Many people use this way because it is easy, fast, and cheap to do. But in reality, after we do a fumigation, that mosquitos are not dead. Because they immune are more increased or making they stronger.
When we do fumigation to mosquitos in our rooms, sometimes the mosquitos just fainting or died a moment. If we not really to kill them, they will life and fly again. Fumigation also will cause an air pollution. The toxins gas will contaminate the environment.
Moreover, the toxins results of fumigation are not quickly disappear. The poisons will settle in the pillows. Every day, we inhale that toxins when we are sleep and the end in our lung which can cause of lung cancer.
So, fumigation is ineffective in curbing the spread of dengue. Should we drain bathtub once a week, close the shelter of water, burying tin cans. And still make our environment clean, comfortable and healthy for our life and the next generation.
